The nurse completes the online questionnaire with a google form to see the effect of each variable. Hypothesis testing and statistical description using SmartPls v3 and SPSS 26. The results revealed that AGC had a negative and significant impact on TI. DAF does not affect on TI. AGC partially mediates the effect between DAF and TI. The results of this study indicate the critical role of AGC in increasing demand for personal fitness abilities and reducing nurse turnover intention.
