Abstract

Employee evaluation process has objective to improve the performance work and discipline in working on every employee.An employee at evaluation process vocational 2 palembang still done manually, therefore do research in order to help the school can more easily to assess employees using. decision support systemsThe use of a support system following a decision by the simple additive weight ( saw ) felt to be very precise to apply to these problems.A method of simple additive weight ( saw ) capable of doing select the best alternative of several alternatives, an alternative that referred to the sum of weights with kriteria-kriteria as specified.Research is done by searching the value of the weight of every attribute, and then carried out the process of ranks that can determine the criteria and an alternative that optimal.
