Abstract

ABSTRACT Drug planning determines the type and amount of drugs aimed at implementing rational drug use and increasing the efficiency of drug use. However, patients often complain about the availability of drugs at the Health Center because of vacancies. This is due to the inaccuracy of drug planning and procurement. This study aimed to analyze drug procurement at the Palembang City Health Center. The research location was at four Palembang City health centers based on accreditation. The methods used in this study were the ABC, VEN, and ABC-VEN combination methods. Based on the study results on the suitability of fulfilling drug requests, only 26% of drugs follow the requests, and 74% still need to be. Based on the VEN analysis, essential medicines are the most common drugs in the Health Center, namely 83% to 91% of the total drugs. Based on ABC analysis, more than 80% of drugs are in group C, which causes drug planning and procurement to be more scrutinized. The ABC-VEN method of the main drug group has the availability of the most procured drugs at the health center. Keywords : Planning, Procurement, Availability, ABC, VEN ABSTRAK Perencanaan obat merupakan peoses penetapan jenis dan jumlah obat yang bertujuan terlaksananya penggunaan obat yang rasional dan meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan obat . Namun seringkali terdengar keluhan pasien terhadap ketersediaan obat di Puskesmas karena teradi kekosongan. Hal ini dikarenakan ketidaktepatan perencanaan dan pengadaan obat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengadaan obat di Puskesmas Kota Palembang. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di empat puskesmas Kota Palembang berdasarkan Akreditasi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah ketepatan pengadaan dan ABC-VEN. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketepatan pengadaan obat hanya 26% obat yang sesuaidengan 74% tidak sesuai. Berdasarkan analisis VEN obat esensial merupakan obat yang paling banyak di puskesmas yaitu 83% hingga 91% dari total obat. Berdasarkan analisa ABC lebih dari 80% obat yang termasuk dalam kelompok C, ini menyebabkan perencanaan dan pengadaan obat harus lebih diteliti. Metode ABC-VEN kelompok obat utama memiliki ketersediaan obat yang paling banyak dilakukan pengadaannya di puskesmas. Kata kunci : Perencanaan, Pengadaan, Ketersediaan, ABC, VEN
