Abstract

Ladybird Pest, Epilachna sp. can be found on the leaves of family solanaceae some of them are eggplant, cempokak, tomato and chilli in farmer field which cause many leaves of family solanaceae which is easily depleted because of insect bites so it can affect the quality of family solanaceae fruit decreases. This study aims to test bioactives of Bacillus thuringiensis formulations on coconut water growth media and rice water with dosage meat flour meat flour gold on media storage 0 month, 1 month and 2 months against family solanaceae Epilachna sp. (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae). Propagation of B. thuringiensis isolates is multiplied on Nutrient Agar (NA). Treatment of the dosage of the snail meat flour used as much as 2g, 5g, 8g, 11g, 14g and as a comparison of control (aquadest), and pesticide with active ingredient dipel and application done after 0 months storage (direct application), 1 month storage and storage 2 month. The highest spore density was found in the addition of 11 gram of gold snack meat which is 14,80 x 1014 spores / ml, whereas the lowest spore density occurred in the addition of mas gook flour with 2 g dose of 14,68 x 1014 spores / ml. The storage time in the media also affects the growth of B. thuringiensis, this is seen in the highest spore density value at 1 month storage that is 14,81 x 1014 spores / ml, while the lowest spore density occurs at 0 month storage that is 14,64 x 1014 spores / ml. In the combination treatment between the addition of mas snail meat flour and storage time of interacting media seen from the highest spore density value occurred at P8M2 at 8 g of 2 months pretreatment is 14.84 x 1014 spores / ml, while the lowest spore density value occurred in P2M0 at dose of 2 g stored for 0 months ie 14.48 x 1014 spores / ml. Symptoms of infected Epilachna sp. B. thuringiensis are many insects secrete dirt and fluid, eating activity decreases, Epilachna sp. more under the leaf surface, slow response, more pale color, foul odor, in body Epilachna sp. looks from the outside like a liquid. Additions golden snail meat flour will be more effective percentage of imago mortality if media have storage of 2 month and 1 month, whereas if media do not experience of storage hence causing percentage of death of Epilachna sp. become low, but if want to use directly after bio done, application with the addition of golden snail meat flour at the dose of 8 grams, because at 0 month storage percentage of death dose is relatively high.
