Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar perbedaan hasil belajar mahasiswa antara pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Modul Kimia Dasar materi Biokimia berbasis STEM-Problem Based Learning dan pembelajaran Konvensional. Metode penelitian menggunakan eksperimen semu dengan desain penelitian non equivalent control group design. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan lembar observasi. Persyaratan analisis yang digunakan adalah uji homogenitas data dan uji normalitas data. Uji hipotesis data yang digunakan adalah uji-t dengan membandingkan thitung dengan ttabel. Uji-t untuk hasil belajar diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 7,813 > ttabel 1,667. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t dapat disimpulkan thitung > ttabel yang berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar mahasiswa dengan menggunakan pembelajaran modul Kimia Dasar materi Biokimia berbasis STEM-Problem Based Learning.
