Abstract

Innovation in Using the SICANTIK Application at the Investment Service and One-Stop Integrated Services in Ogan Ilir Regency. Under the guidance of Dr. Sena Putra Prabujaya, S.AP.,MAP SiCantik is an Integrated Licensing Service Smart Application for the public that can be used by agencies, both central and regional to make it casier for the government to carry out licensing. This study aims to find out how and what are the inhibiting factors for Innovation using the SICANTIK application at the Investment Service and One Stop Integrated Services, Ogan Ilir Regency. This research uses qualitative methods by obtaining data from interviews, observations, direct documentation in the field. Ogan Ilir Regency concluded that there are still many deficiencies and obstacles seen from indicators including (1) System quality that is not optimal (2) Information quality that is not yet accurate in applications and (3) Use which still has many obstacles. Suggestions Applications should be reviewed so that errors do not occur when operating the SICANTIK application, disseminate more information regarding licensing requirements and related free fees, change the application so that it can be operated by applicants so that it docs not pile up on operators at DPMPTSP Ogan Ilir so that if there are problems the applicant can come to DPMPTSP Ogan Ilir, conduct longer training so that application operators SICANTIK better understand the SICANTIK application, provide other solutions not just sending emails to the center when an error occurs regarding the SICANTIK application.
