Abstract

Bunda Rayya Kitchen Company Palembang is a company engaged in the sale of by the region. As a company that must be well known and serves customers, the Kitchen of the Mother of Rayya Palembang needs to keep up with increasingly sophisticated technology at this time. During this time online ordering is done using other supporting applications such as Instagram, Facebook, and other social media, this makes it doubtful for prospective customers outside the city to make a purchase. This test aims that the system that has been designed can be tested to find out the system is desired or not. So that the User Centered Design method is very suitable for building features that show how the Customer Relationship Management Strategy is applied to sales information systems.
