Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress on the performance of sales and marketing employees at PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk Palembang. The population in this study is the entire number of employees of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk Palembang, totaling 93 employees. This study used Saturated Sampling so that the number of samples used was 93 employees. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires and the analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that stress has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk Palembang.
