Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and motivation on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Lahat Branch. Samples were taken from the entire population as many as 43 employees to be respondents. This study uses primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear resgression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that workload and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Lahat Branch either partially or simultaneously.
