Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Ade Pas Cabang Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Ade Pas Cabang Palembang menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan sampel yang berjumlah 35 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini didapat melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Ade Pas Cabang Palembang Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
