Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of work discipline on the performance of employees Kantor Camat Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Barat 1 Kota Lubuklinggau. The population in this study is employees totaling 35 people using saturated sample technique. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires.Data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression analysis techniques. The data is processed using the program statistical for product and service solution (SPSS) version 16. The result showed that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees Kantor Camat Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Barat 1 Kota Lubuklinggau.
