Abstract

Background : Ojek is a means of transportation that uses a motorcycle to transport passengers. Ojek transportation seeks customers by creating offline ojek bases. Over time, application-based online transportation has become a new service that makes it easier for people to travel. Fatigue is a condition accompanied by a decrease in efficiency and resilience at work. The purpose of this study is to determine the comparison of work fatigue in online ojek drivers with offline ojek drivers in Palembang City in 2023. Methods : This study is an observational analytical study using a cross sectional approach. Assessment of work fatigue in ojek drivers using the Subjective Self Rating Test (SSRT) Questionnaire. Results : The highest level of fatigue for online ojek drivers was moderate fatigue as many as 41 people (67.2%) and the most results in offline ojek drivers were moderate fatigue as many as 45 people (73.8%). Conclusion : There is no significant difference in work fatigue between online ojek drivers and offline ojek drivers in Palembang City.
