Abstract

The purposes of this research are: (1) Measuring the effectiveness of kampung hortikultura CSR program of PT.PUSRI Palembang. (2) To analyze the Level Of Housewife Work Productivity In 2 Ilir Village, Palembang City with the horticulture of CSR PT.PUSRI horticulture program. (3) to analyze the correlation of effectiveness of horticulture program of CSR PT.PUSRI with productivity level of housewife in 2 Ilir village, Palembang city. This research was conducted in 2 Ilir village Palembang city. The method used in this research was case study. Samples were taken 30 out of 114 housewives who were members of Posdaya Gemilang farmer group. The data collected in this research is primary and secondary data. Data processing methods and data analysis obtained will be processed in the form of tabulation then analyzed mathematically and described descriptively with the help of SPSS 16.00 application through spearman correlation test. The result of the research shows that (1) Program of kampung horticulture CSR PT.PUSRI in 2 Ilir village already in the criterion of medium (effective) with score value of average of 30,10 which indicate that the achievement of horticultural village program objectives succeed with 5 indicator of observation that Participation, Timeliness, Exact Amount, Benefit and Sustainability of the Program. (2) Productivity level of housewife in 2 Ilir village is in medium criterion with average score 20,47, which means that work productivity level of housewife with horticulture village program has productive criteria. (3) There is a positive relationship between the effectiveness of horticultural village program with the level of work productivity of housewives in 2 Ilir village.
