Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan beban kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada Perum BULOG Kanwil Sumsel dan Babel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada Perum BULOG Kanwil Sumsel dan Babel yang berjumlah 59 responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling, dimana jumlah sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdaasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan hasil bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadaap loyalitas karyawan serta kompensasi dan beban kerja berpengaaruh secara simultan terhadap loyalitas karyawan.
