Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pajak, leverage, profitabilitas dan tunneling incentive terhadap keputusan perusahaan melakukan transfer pricing. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017-2021. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 66 perusahaan selama 5 tahun berturut-turut, dengan total banyak sampel 330 sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis, dengan alat bantu software SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pajak, leverage dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan perusahaan melakukan transfer pricing sedangkan tunneling incentive dan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel kontrol berpengaruh negatif terhadap keputusan perusahaan melakukan transfer pricing.
