Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the implementation of the pencak silat sports achievement coaching program in Ogan Ilir Regency using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The evaluation will provide important information on the program's success and the problems encountered, which will help improve it in the future. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach and the subjects were administrators, coaches, and IPSI athletes of Ogan Ilir Regency. The data was collected through observation, interview, and documentation methods and analyzed using data triangulation, which involves data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the evaluation are as follows: (1) Context Evaluation - good assessment, (2) Input Evaluation - good assessment, (3) Process Evaluation - good assessment, (4) Product Evaluation - good assessment. The analysis shows that the coaching program meets the standard of success, but there is still room for improvement. Therefore, it can be concluded that the overall development of pencak silat sports achievements in Ogan Ilir Regency is good, based on the aspects of Context, Input, Process, and Product. It is hoped that the program will be further improved in the future to produce even better results.
