Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the influence of information quality, system quality, and service quality on user satisfaction with perceived usefulness as a moderating variable in the website-based New Student Admission (PPDB) in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method using a questionnaire consisting of 42 items. The study population consists of 6,418 users of the 2024 PPDB website in Ogan Komering Ulu District. Based on the Slovin formula (margin of error 10%), the minimum sample size was determined to be 98 (96 samples were analyzed as 2 samples were outliers), selected using non-probability sampling (convenience sampling). Analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS version 4 for Windows software. The results of the study indicate a positive and significant influence between System Quality and User Satisfaction, as well as between Service Quality and User Satisfaction. However, the influence of Information Quality on User Satisfaction showed positive results, although not significant. Additionally, no significant influence was found from Perceived Usefulness as a moderating variable on the relationship between information quality, system quality, service quality, and user satisfaction. These findings emphasize the importance of SOPs regarding website information quality standards for the PPDB, the formation of a special audit team for troubleshooting, the development of staff training programs, public campaigns through social media highlighting the benefits of the PPDB website, and conducting post-PPDB digital surveys to formulate targeted policies.
