Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of job sati!ifaction and organizational commitment towardemployee performance. This research uses quantitative approach, data collected through distribution of questionnaire, and using the census method to CV. Reuni Production's 47 employee. Data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The research result demonstrates that job satisfaction have a significant influence toward employee performance, however organizational commitment have not a significant influence toward employee performance. While job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a simultaneous significant influence toward employee performance.
