Abstract

Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Anggota pada Koperasi BMT Trans Mekar Sari Mandiri di Desa Muliasari Kecamatan Tanjung Lago Kabupaten Banyuasin Analysis Of The Effect Of Service Quality On Member Satisfication At The Bmt Trans Mekar Sari Mandiri Cooperate In The Village Of Muliasari Tanjung Lagosub-District Banyuasin Regency Yuniarti, Sriati2, Elisa Wildayana3 Program Studi Agribisnis, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Sriwijaya Jalan Palembang-Prabumulih Km.32, Indralaya Ogan Ilir 30662 Abstract The objectives of the study are: 1) Describe the service quality of the Trans Mekar Sari Mandiri BMT Cooperative in Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin District, 2) Analyze the level of satisfaction of the members of the Trans Mekar Sari Mandiri BMT Cooperative in Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin District, 3) Analyze the influence of service quality (Tangiable, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy) on the satisfaction of members of the Trans Mekar Sari Mandiri BMT Cooperative in Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency.This research was conducted at the Trans Mekar Sari Mandiri BMT Cooperative in Muliasari Village, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra. The method used in this study is a survey method with questionnaires and direct interviews. Determination of the location of the study was carried out intentionally with a simple random sampling method, in the Trans Mekar Sari Mandiri BMT Cooperative there were 1078 members, a sample of 43 respondents. Data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data.The results of this study indicate that the quality of service in the Trans Mekar Sari Mandiri BMT KSUS is included in the category of "High", namely at a percentage of 93,02% (40 respondents), the level of member satisfaction with the quality of the Trans Mekar Sari Mandiri BMT KSUS service is high and members satisfied with the services provided. F Test results obtained that the hypothesis Ha is accepted or H0 is rejected, which means that the independent variables jointly (simultaneously) affect member satisfaction. The results of the t test calculation are known that the variables that influence member satisfaction are Empathy variables, which have a calculated value of 03.725 and a significance value of 0.001. This shows that the significance value <0.05, so the H1 hypothesis is accepted which means there is an influence of empathy variable (X5) on member satisfaction.
