Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk Dilaksanakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan mengungkapkan pendapat melalui metode diskusi pada siswa kelas IV SDN 1 Pematang panggang tahun 2019/2020. Metode pengumpulan data : observasi, tugas, dokumentasi, dan tes. Hasil analisis: kemampuan tinggi sebanyak 21 Peserta didik tingkat kemampuan dengan KKM 60 pada kategori sedang. Sedangkan keterampilan berbicara dengan menggunakan metode diskusi dalam mengemukakan pendapat dengan kemampuan tinggi sebanyak 21 Peserta didik , tingkat kemampuan sedang dengan jumlah siswa 2 orang dengan persentase 65% dengan KKM 60 kategori tinggi. Jadi penggunaan metode diskusi meningkatkan peningkatan kemampuan mengungkapkan pendapat peserta didik kelas IV SDN 1 Pematang panggang tahun 2019/2020. Kata kunci: Metode, Meode Diskusi, Peningkatan kemampuan mengungkapkan pendapat peserta didik. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to Conduct Classroom Action Research with the aim of the study to describe the increase in the ability to express opinions through the method of discussion in class IV SDN 1 Pematang Roast 2019/2020. Data collection methods: observation, assignments, documentation, and tests. The results of the analysis: high ability as many as 12 people with medium ability level 15 people with GPA 60 in the medium category. While speaking skills using the discussion method in expressing opinions with a high ability of 21 people, the level of ability is moderate with the number of students 2 people with a percentage of 60 with a GPA in the 65% category high category. So the use of the discussion method increases the ability to express the opinions of SDN 1 Pematang Grilled Class students in 2019/2020.
