Abstract

Rumah sakit perlu di dukung dengan perencanaan yang baik dalam hal pemenuhan tenaga ahli gizi, dimana ahli gizi memiliki peran penting dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan gizi yang optimal. Berdasarkan data peningkatan jumlah kunjungan pasien rawat inap dari tahun 2017 sampai tahun 2019 dari 10.646 kunjungan menjadi 11.066 kunjungan sehingga berpengaruh terhadap persentase dalam pemanfaatan tempat tidur menyebabkan beban kerja ahli gizi rawat inap meningkat. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui kebutuhan optimal tenaga ahli gizi berdasarkan metode Workload Indicators Of Staffing Need (WISN). Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pengambilan data observasi dan telaah wawancara. Sampel penelitian yaitu 8 ahli gizi rumah sakit Dr. Sobirin Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja ahli gizi yaitu hari kerja tersedia sebanyak 275 hari/ tahun dengan waktu kerja tersedia sebanyak 115.500 menit/tahun. Kesimpulannya bahwa beban kerja ahli gizi yang meliputi kegiatan produktif langsung, kegiatan produktif tidak langsung dan kegiatan non produktif yang dilakukan terhadap jumlah tenaga ahli gizi di instalasi gizi kebutuhannya sebesar 14 orang sehingga saat ini mengalami kekurangan tenaga ahli gizi sebanyak 6 orang. Saran pada penelitian ini sebaiknya tenaga ahli gizi diberikan penyegaran atau pelatihan untuk upgrade informasi dan pengetahuan sebagai modal dalam pelaksanaan konseling. Hospitals need to be supported by planning in both the fulfillment of nutritionist, where nutritionist has an important role in the provision of the service optimal nutrition. Based on the increase in the number of patient’s visit from 2017 until 2019, from 10.646 visits become 11.066 that give an impact to the percentage in the Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR) which causing the increase of workload of the hospitalization nutritionist. The purpose of this study is to determine the optimal needs of nutritionists based on the workload indicators of staffing need (WISN) method. This research is a descriptive study with observation and interview method to collect the data. The research samples are 8 nutritionists hospitalization services in Dr. Sobirin Musi Rawas district hospital. The type of data used are primary data and secondary data. The result of this study indicate that the Nutritionist’s workload on the available workdays are 275 days / year with 115,500 minutes / year available work time. The conclusion is that the workload of nutritionist which includes direct productive activities, indirect productive activities and non-productive activities carried out with the nutritionist in nutrition installations are 14 peoples, meanwhile the current total shortage of nutrionist are 6 peoples. The suggestion in this research is it’s better if nutritionists are given with a refresher or training to upgrade the information and knowledge as capital of implementing counseling.
