Abstract
Optical Character Recognition (OCR) is the science of pattern recognition where text and characters in images are recognized, separated, and converted into editable text. The use of OCR can also be used to provide information to users which is generally on character recognition. Read electronic logos and language translator. In this study, the use of OCR will be used to detect standard logos on electronic products and connect them to search engines so that users get information based on detection results. In order for detection results to be obtained, correlation matching template techniques are used. As additional information, the netbeans application is used to provide information to users so that users know the results of these detections. This study will measure the level of precision, recall, and accuracy to find out how good the system is. Based on the research results, the system created can detect characters with the highest percentage level of 75%.
