Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that there are still MSMEs that have not been able to manage their business well, so it is not uncommon for MSMEs to fail in their business. This failure is caused by the low level of knowledge of MSK owners. By the Ogan Ilir Regency Industry, Cooperative and SME Office. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used in this study used field observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The theory used to support this research is the supervision theory of Robbins and Coulter, consisting of four indicators, namely setting standards, measuring, comparing, and acting. SMEs still have not produced relevant financial reports, some still do not have financial reports and documentation in order to be able to set desired results benchmarks, as a comparison of the results desired by the MSMEs.
