Abstract
Pengembangan Instrumen Penilaian Berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skills pada Tema Sehat Itu Penting ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan instrumen penilaian HOTS pada Tema Sehat Itu Penting di Kelas V yang valid dan reliabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VB SD Negeri 05 Indralaya yang berjumlah 31 orang peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Borg & Gall yang terdiri dari 10 tahapan yaitu: (1) Pengumpulan Informasi, (2) Perencanaan, (3) Pengembangan Produk Awal, (4) Uji Lapangan Awal, (5) Revisi Produk Utama, (6) Uji Lapangan Utama, (7) Revisi Produk Operasional, (8) Uji Lapangan Operasional, (9) Revisi Produk Final, (10) Desiminasi dan Implementasi. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan lembar validasi ahli, angket dan tes. Dari hasil validasi ahli diperoleh presentase rata-rata hasil penilaian sebesar 82.1% (kategori valid). Pada tahap uji lapangan operasional diperoleh reliabilitas sebesar 0.842 (kategori reliabel). Dengan demikian berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrumen penilaian berbasis HOTS dapat dikatakan valid dan reliabel, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar tambahan bagi peserta didik kelas V SD.
