Abstract

The aims of this study were to find out the perception of the citizen towards the new students admission for senior high school using a zoning system in Tanjung Raja District. The research method of this study was quantitative. The population of this study was the citizen of Tanjung Raja District especially West Tanjung Raja Village, East Tanjung Raja Village, North Tanjung Raja Village, and Tanjung Raja Village. The samples in this study were 135 people. Sampling using purposive sampling techniques. This study used independent variables that use four indicators of zoning system were equitable education, quality education, the integration of the education service, and build education sustainable. The data were collected through documentation and questionnaires. The result showed that perception of the citizen towards the new students admission for senior high school using a zoning system in Tanjung Raja District is positive.
