Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 2 Kayuagung, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir yang berjumlah 41 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Dengan demikian sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SMP Negeri 2 Kayuagung, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan metode analisis regresi sederhana sebagai teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan disiplin kerja mampu menjelaskan atau berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 61,6 % terhadap kinerja guru dan sisanya 38,4 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian.
