Abstract

The performance of the agricultural instructor is information on the work achieved by the agricultural instructor. Meanwhile, farmer satisfaction is the farmer’s assessment of the performanceof the agricultural instructor. The objectives of this study include: (1) To describe the performance of the agricultural instructors in Hamlet 2 Tanding Marga Village Northern Penukal Subdistrict Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir District; (2) To describe the level of satisfaction of rubber farmers with the performance of agricultural instructors in Hamlet 2 Tanding Marga Village Northern Penukal Subdistrict Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir District; (3) To identify the relationship between the performance of agricultural instructors and the satisfaction of rubber farmers. The research method used is the survey method and the data collection method using the interview method with the help of questionnaire. This research was conducted from January-February 2021 with a total of 41 respondents. The data processing method uses the analysis of the average percentage interpretation and the spearman rank correlation analysis with the help of the SPSS application. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, conclusions can be drawm: (1) The performance of the agricultural instructors in Hamlet 2 Tanding Marga Villages was in the medium category; (2) The level of satisfaction of rubber farmers with the performance of the agricultural instructors in Hamlet 2 Tanding Marga Villages was in the quite satisfied category; (3) There is positive relationship between the performance of agricultural instructors and the satisfaction of rubber farmers.
