Abstract

PT Bukit Asam, Tbk is a company engaged in coal mining, processing and sales located in Tanjung Enim. PT Bukit Asam, Tbk sells products in the form of crushed coal. There are 4 coal handling facilities in West Banko, named coal handling facilities 1, 2, 3 and 4. The problem that occurs in CHF 3 is that the production of receiving (load in) and delivery (load out) has not been optimally achieved. Because the performance of the CHF 3 unit often experiences obstacles. To make the set production can be fulfilled, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of the CHF 3 unit load in and load out lines in amount to 344 hours from the available time of 672 hours with a work efficiency of 51.19%. Based on the calculation of the availability of the CHF 3 unit for the load in line, the Mechanical Availability value is 69.63%, Physical Availability 77.68%, Use of Availability 65.9%, while for the load out line it is 329 hours from 672 hours of available time with efficiency work amounted to 48.96%. Based on the calculation of tool availability on the load out path, the value of Mechanical Availability is 80.05%, Physical Availability 87.79%, and Use of Availability 55.76%. From the results of observations and calculations that have been carried out, it is found that the production revenue in February 2021 is 365,778.76 tons / month and the shipping production is 364,069.60 tons / month. The obstacles that occur in the CHF 3 unit are mechanical resistance and non-mechanical resistance.
