Abstract

The heart has an important role in the human body. Because the heart functions to pump blood throughout the body's tissues in which the blood contains nutrients and oxygen that the body needs, and transports waste substances. Parts of the heart, abnormalities or congenital heart diseases can be viewed using Ultrasonography (USG). Object Detection in the health or medical field is still a bit due to the constraints of data sets that are not published to the public. Object Detection in the health sector is expected to assist doctors in diagnosing patients' diseases or can be used as references and supporting tools in diagnosing patients' diseases. The method used is You Only Look Once (YOLO). To get the best model, it is done by adjusting the learning rate, epoch, and batch size used, from the best model the results are shown for 4 chamber data are IoU 83.37% and mAP 99.5% and also for short-axis data are IoU 71.06% and mAP 93.99%.
