Abstract

Endometriosis merupakan salah satu penyakit pada wanita usia subur yang ditandai dengan tumbuhnya sel endometrium di luar rongga rahim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi Hazard kumulatif kekambuhan endometriosis dengan metode nelson aalen. Selanjutnya digunakan uji log rank membandingkan fungsi survival berdasarkan faktor risiko yaitu jenis operasi, jenis endometriosis, waktu olahraga, konsumsi susu, waktu tidur, konsumsi sawi, konsumsi gorengan, konsumsi teh hijau, konsumsi daging merah, konsumsi cokelat, dan konsumsi keju. Hasilnya diperoleh hazard kumulatif pada bulan ke – sebesar pada bulan ke – sebesar pada bulan ke – sebesar pada bulan ke – sebesar pada bulan ke – sebesar bulan ke – sebesar bulan ke – sebesar bulan ke – sebesar ini mengindikasikan bahwa seiring bertambahnya waktu tingkat hazard kumlatif bertambah di setiap bulannya. Berdasarkan hasil uji Log Rank menjelaskan bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peluang bertahan pasien endometriosis adalah jenis endometriosis dan waktu olahraga.
