Abstract

This study aims to find out how the role of parents in the implementation of blended learning in group B children at Tarbiyatun Kindergarten Bannin Karanganyar during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study using qualitative descriptive research where the data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis used in this research is according to Sugiono, namely data collection by interview, observation and documentation methods. Furthermore, to reduce the data that has been obtained in the field by taking the main and important data, make a categorization that presents the data in the form of a narrative text. In this study, researchers used four research subjects consisting of parents of group B children at Tarbiyatun Bannin Kindergarten during the Covid-19 pandemic. With the results of the research obtained, it is stated that: The blended learning system for early childhood, namely 5-6 years can be successful with the support of the role of parents. Researchers found several roles of parents in the implementation of blended learning, namely accompanying, motivating, guiding and facilitating.
