Abstract
The good performance of an organization can also be caused by the good performance generated by the organization's resources. To have a good performance in university needs some efforts to produce human resource assets with good educational performance. So this research was conducted with the aim of knowing the factors that can influence knowledge sharing as an effort to improve student performance based on the Theory of Planned Behaviors. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaire to 174 respondents using random sampling method. The approach Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) will be used to perform data processing techniques. Results showed that the sharing of knowledge is influenced by attitudes, norms, and rewards with R-value of 0.470. From the research, it was also found that the indicators that were tested showed that the practice of knowledge sharing was considered to be able to help improve student performance. The value of the coefficient of sharing knowledge of 41.5% directly affects student performance.
