Abstract
Klinik De Louisa merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang kencantikan yang belum menerapkan strategi pada proses penjualan dan pemasaran produk sehingga mengalami penurunan daya saing antar Penjual. Penelitianan ini yaitu untuk mengembangkan Customer Relationship management berbasis web pada klinik De Louisa Yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna yang dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam penyediaan informasi, serta meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap pelanggan. Pada pengembangan sistem ini terdapat 3 aktor : admin, pelanggan dan owner. serta pendekatan terstruktur menggunakan alat bantu berupa DFD (Data Flow Diagram), ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) dan pengembangan aplikasi web dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak MySQL dan XAMPP. Penelitian ini menghasilkan website bagi klinik maka akan membantu menyelesaikan kendala dan hambatan yang ditemukan dalam proses pelayanan. Selain itu, CRM membantu Klinik De Louisa dalam kelancaran pemasaran dan promosi.
