Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SDN 114 Palembang by applying the Think Talk Write Learning model on the theme of my Goals. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in 3 cycles. The subjects in this study were students of class IV B SDN 114 Palembang, totaling 32 students consisting of 15 male students and 17 female students. Each stage of the cycle includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques used are tests and observation. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the mastery of students learning outcomes in the first cycle of the researcher go the student’s completeness score of 62.5%. in cycle II, the value of student learning outcomes is 78.1%. in cycle III, the mastery of student learning outcomes increased by 90.6%. From the results of observation, the activeness of students in the first cycle with the percentage of activeness reached 67.18% in the moderately active category, in the second cycle the activeness of students increased to 69.12% in the active category, and the third cycle the activeness of students reached 77.43%. very active category. It can be concluded that there is an increase in students learning outcomes by applying the Think Talk Write learning model for class IV at SDN 114 Palembang on the themeofmy ideals.
