Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh latihan melempar bola voli dengan satu tangan terhadap ketepatan servis atas permainan bola voli pada siswa putra ekstrakulikuler SMA N 11 Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu. Pengambilan data dilakukan di SMA N 11 Palembang, dengan objek penelitian sebanyak 24 orang siswa putra ekstrakurikuler melakukan pre-test dan post-test dengan nilai tertinggi 90 dan nilai terendah 45. Perlakuan latihan dilakukan selama enam minggu. Setelah melakukan penelitian melempar bola voli dengan satu tangan ( servis atas ) terhadap ketepatan servis atas permaianan bola voli pada siswa putra Ekstrakurukuler di SMA N 11 Palembang cukup baik dengan nilai rata-rata 66,83 sebelum diberi perlakuan. Setelah mendapatkan latihan selama enam minggu ternyata ada pengaruh latihan melempar bola voli satu tangan melewati net kearah kotak atau mat penilaian yaitu dengan jumlah rata-rata 70,14. Dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan referensi atau pedoman bagi guru-guru mata pelajaran PENJASKES khususnya dalam permainan bola voli, menambah ilmu pengetahuan cara meningkatkan kemampuan mengarahkan atas dalam permainan bola voli. servis Kata Kunci: Melempar Bola Voli, Servis Atas
