Abstract
Based on data Preventif Maintenance at PLTU Bukit Asam from 2013 to 2021, induced draft fan has the most interference compared to other machines because there is no real-time measurement in induce draft fan so the technician must manually measure into the field. This research aims to determine the temperature of the induced draft fan using the RTD sensor and NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller with arduino IDE programming language, where the measured temperature will be sent by WiFi ESP8266 to Labview Software to be monitoring using a strustured dataflow programming language so that the measured data can be monitoring in realtime temperature changes that occur and can know the safe, alert dang dangerous limits of temperature changes that accur. The results of this research resulted temperature measurements with safe status conditions using an RTD sensor with an average accuracy rate of 91,02% and a precision of 97.40% and a measurement tool made capable of transmitting data up to a distance of 80 meters.
