Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of copper plating on carbon ST 37 by electroplating with variations in the time used 10, 15 and 20 minutes in minutes and using the appropriate voltage in sequence, namely 2, 4 and 6 volts, Used nine specimens as needed for the electroplating process for this study. The test result obtained form the coating will be analyzed. The thickness in calculated based on the weighing of the specimen material before an after the electroplating prosess where each variation and voltage that increases the coating results on the thickness also increases.
