Abstract

Moment Decoration is a business engaged in services, especially in the field of Party Planner decoration services. In Moment Decoration found obstacles regarding the ordering process and customer data management, so the purpose of this research is to design and build a website-based decoration ordering application for Moment Decoration. Useful for facilitating the ordering process, managing order data, and making it easier to provide more informative information. The method used to collect data is to make observations and interviews. This application is designed using the waterfall method. This system is made using the PHP programming language, MYSQL database, and sublime text editor 3. The results of system testing carried out using the blackbox method and the system has been running as expected. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that this decoration ordering application can help the ordering process and customer data management in Moment Decoration.
