Abstract

The objective of this research was to observb the incereasing of cow recifient transfer embrio by giving probiotik and biomineral Zn in falm field. The study conducted by using ten cow BX as controller and ten cow as subjects by giving 1% probiotik and 1% Biomineral Zn from ration to BX cows. Ration that given consist of leaves, mixed palm leaves, and salt. Subject that observed are 1) The increasing of wight, 2) Feed consumption, 3) The observe of dry matter, 4) The observe of organic matter and feed konversi. This research have conducted from June 2011 until May 2012 in Banyuasin Sumsel. Inprovement of weight counted by measuring the circle of cow breast using measurment devices then it was on creasing of weight and in the last research. The feed consumption known by counting the diffference dry matter with dry matter feses, then divided with the dry matter consumption of in salt and timed 100%. The organic matter Consumption was also known by counting the difference dry matter consumption with dry matter of feses. Then divided with organic matter consumption in salt and timed 100%. Mean while to feed conversi counted by dividing the level of feed cow with the level of weight gaining cow. The result of this not influence (P > 0,05) to the growth of weight, consumption of dry matter, feed conversi. Mean while the feed consumption and consumption of organic matter has real influence (P< 0,05)RINGKASAN A.S. RIZKI SIMAMORA, Peningkatan Performans Induk Sapi BX Calon Resipien Transfer Embrio (TE) dengan Pemberian Probiotik dan Biomineral Zn dilahan Sawit PT. Andira Agro (Dibimbing oleh ARMINA FARIANI dan ARFAN ABRAR). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari peningkatan performans induk sapi BX calon resipien TE dengan pemberian probiotik dan biomineral Zn dilahan sawit PT. Andira Agro. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan 10 ekor sapi BX sebagai kontrol dan 10 ekor sebagai perlakuan dengan pemberian 1% probiotik dan 1% biomineral Zn dari ransum untuk sapi BX perlakuan. Ransum yang deberikan terdiri dari hijauan, pelepah sawit giling, lumpur sawit dan garam. Parameter yang diamati yaitu: 1) Pertambahan bobot badan, 2) Komsumsi pakan, 3) Kecemaan bahan kering pakan, 4) Kecemaan bahan organik pakan dan 5) Konversi pakan. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni 2011 sampai Mei 2012 bertempat di PT. Andira Agro Banyuasin Sumsel. Pertambahan bobot badan dihitung dengan cara menimbang terlebih dahulu bobot awal dan akhir menggunakan timbangan digital, kemudian diketahui pertambahan bobot badan dari selisih bobot badan pada awal dan akhir penelitian. Konsumsi pakan diketahui dengan cara menghitung selisih jumlah pakan yang diberikan dengan pakan sisa setiap harinya. Kecemaan bahan kering diketahui dengan cara menghitung selisih konsumsi BK dengan BK feses, kemudian dibagi dengan konsumsi BK dalam gram dan dikalikan 100%. Kecemaan bahan organik juga diketahui dengan cara menghitung selisih konsumsi BO dengan BO feses, kemudian dibagi dengan konsumsi BO dalam gram dan dikalikan 100%. Sedangkan untuk konversi pakan dihitung dengan cara membagi angka rata-rata konsumsi bahan kering/ ekor/ hari dengan anka rata-rata pertambahan bobot badan/ ekor/ hari. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) pada pertambahan bobot badan, kecemaan bahan kering dan konversi pakan. Sedangkan konsumsi pakan dan kecemaan bahan organik berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05).
