Abstract
The objectives of this research was to study the improvement of ET recipient cow with probiotic suplementation. This research was held in PT. Andira Agro ffom July to August 2011. Twenty cow were grouped into 2 (control and treatment). Treatment group supplemented with 1% probiotic in their total mix ratio. This research using t-test with daily gain (kg/day) onsumption (kg/day), apparent dry and organic matter digestibility (%) and total mix ratio conversion as observed parameter. Result shows that probiotic supplementation giving significant (P<0,05) result on daily gain (0.21 vs 0.81), apparent organic matter digestibility (83.15 vs 91.76) and total mix ratio conversion (0.78 vs 0.14). It is implied that probiotic supplementation improve TE recipient cow performance.
