Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of communication and supervision towards employees performance in the Department of Culture and Tourism of Sungai Penuh City. The population in this study were all The employees in the Department Culture and Tourism of Sungai Penuh city totally 64 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique which all members of the population were sampled with an error rate of 5%. This study used primary data obtained from questionnaires. The analysis technique for this study used multiple linear regression analysis. In this study the reliability test used Chronbach's alpha. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that communication and supervision had a positive and significant effect towards employees performance in the Department of Culture and Tourism of Sungai Penuh City.
