Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment on employee performance at PT Tanjung Prima Tanjung Enim. The population in this study is employees at PT Tanjung Prima Tanjung Enim, totaling 52 people. This study used a incidental sample . This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple linear regression analysis as a data analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that recruitment has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Tanjung Prima Tanjung Enim.
