Abstract
Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Trans Musi is a one kind of transportation in Palembang with more feasible features, safe, and comfortable. Many bus stops that are spread throughout the city make the BRT Trans Musi more needed by the community. Delays occur at bus stops due to the inaccuracy of BRT Trans Musi departing from the terminal. To find out how long the delay occurred and to minimize the waiting time for BRT Trans Musi, the Delay Management Model was used. This study examines DM problems in BRT Trans Musi Corridor II at Terminal Sako-PIM based on workdays and non-work days. Based on the results of the research obtained the optimal solution for the DM first model Terminal Sako - PIM has a delay of 551 seconds at non-workdays, while the optimal solution for the second PIM - Terminal Sako path has a delay of 373 seconds at workdays.
