Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh motivasi dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT PLN ULP Kayuagung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT PLN ULP Kayuagung dan supervisor divisi PT PLN ULP Kayuagung, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan sampel yang berjumlah 65 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini didapat melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
