Abstract
This research aims to design an implement an interlock conveyor item counter system on The fx1n-10mr PLC to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and safety indie item counting process on an automated conveyor system. In this system, the fx1n-10mr PLC functions as primary controller, coordinating input from ultrasonic sensor for object detection. These sensors are used do automatically identify the presence and quantity of items on the conveyor in accourdance with predefinited parameters. The design method info komponent selection system block diagram creation, hardware implementation, and control logic programming on the PLC. Testing is conducted to measure system accuracy, reliability, and response in detecting object and stopping the conveyor automatically when a specified limit is reached or when a disruption occurs. The test result indicate that the system achieves high accuracy in detecting and counting objects within the specified range and effectively controls conveyor movement in line with the applied interlock condition.
