Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik simulasi terhadap keterampilan bertanya siswa di dalam kelas pada kelas VII di SMP Negeri 1 Indralaya. Subjek penelitian ditentukan berdasarkan observasi langsung yang dilakukan peneliti dan atas rekomendasi dari guru bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah tersebut, ada 8 orang siswa yang menjadi subjek penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan teknik One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Instrumen pengumpulan data yaitu Lembar Observasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memberikan pretest, kemudian perlakuan sebanyak 2 kali pertemuan, lalu memberikan posttest. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa keterampilan bertanya siswa sebelum diberikan perlakuan berada pada kategori kurang. Setelah diberikan perlakuan mengalami perubahan menjadi baik. Sehingga layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik simulasi berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan bertanya siswa di dalam kelas pada siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 Indralaya.
