Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai UPTD Dinas Dikpora Kec. Kalidoni Palembang Rayon IV Gugus IV. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh pegawai UPTD Dinas Dikpora Kec. Kalidoni Palembang Rayon IV Gugus IV atau populasi sama dengan sampel. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan perhitungan analisis regresi linier sederhana diperoleh hasil Y = 10,091 + 1,076X artinya ada pengaruh positif antara gaya kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap disiplin kerja. Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,350 hal ini berarti variabel gaya kepemimpinan transaksional (X) mempengaruhi disiplin kerja (Y) sebesar 35%, sedangkan sisanya 65% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penulisan ini atau nilai (e).
