Abstract

This research ained to know the influence of training in teachers performance in junior high school 2 South Bengkulu. The population of this research are all teacher at Junior High School 2 District of South Bengkulu consist of 36 teachers. The method of data collecting used in this research is primary data which derived from questionnarie. The technique of data analysis test which using simple linear regression analysis Based of analysis test could be concluded that training has positive and signifcant on teachers performance in Junior High School 2 District South Bengkulu. This research it is beneficial to proposition for the head teacher to multiply training for teachers in order to increase the teachers performance
