Abstract

Decision Support System is an interactive information system that provides information, modeling and data manipulation. The system is used to assist decision making in semi-structured situations and unstructured situations, where no one knows for certain how a decision should be made. With the Decision Support System (SPK), the issue of complexity of assessment, relations between indicators, and the large number of indicators contained in the lecturer performance appraisal process can be completed. Based on this background, researchers want to develop a decision support system to help make decisions in conducting lecturer performance evaluations. In this case it is more focused on analyzing the work performance index. As well as analyzing the work target attributes that must be carried out by each teaching staff, namely Lecturers at the Faculty of Computer Science, Sriwijaya University using the Decision Support System (SPK) method using the Topsis method to be able to assist in decision making.
