Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh gaji terhadap kinerja pegawai honorer di Puskesmas Tebing Gerinting Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaji berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan penerapan kebijakan gaji yang baik dan tepat dilakukan oleh Pemerintah daerah, maka dapat memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja yang ditunjukkan oleh pegawai Puskesmas Tebing Gerinting kecamatan Indralaya Selatan. Untuk mempertahankan atau bahkan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai honorer maka penulis menyarankan agar Puskesmas memberikan gaji atau insentif yang lebih besar kepada pegawai honorer.
